Products will not be exchanged for change of mind.
Products that have been damaged in transit to you via the postal carrier:

Contact us at maliyancreatove@gmail.com and let us know what has happened along with photo evidence of the damaged order.

We will communicate with you to arrange a refund, or re issue your order based on solid evidence of the product being damaged during delivery. We reserve the right to contact the delivery company or mail handlers for evidence of delivery (some couriers take images as proof of secure delivery)
We are not responsible for packages being or delivered to incorrect addresses due to fault of the courier of mail delivery companies. We will not refund or re issue your order. You will need to contact the courier of delivery company to discuss the matter with them as we are not responsible once your order leaves our studio.
